Our dedicated pattern shop produces patterns for GRP moulding, foundry casting and composite tooling entirely in-house. We work with hand crafting by our master pattern maker, CNC routing and 3D printing — choosing the most appropriate method for each project. We produce concept models, prototypes, foundry patterns, GRP patterns and additive manufactured tooling, all finished to the customer's specification.
Three Piece Rubber insert Pattern
This three piece tooling was manufactured from a pattern making resin board to produce removable rubber inserts in a larger solid surface tool.
