Henleycraft has been manufacturing GRP and fibreglass composite components from Portsmouth since 1960. Over six decades, our work has encompassed an unusually broad range of applications: race car bodies, wind turbine nacelles, architectural cladding, marine components, industrial enclosures and exhibition structures among them. That breadth reflects both the versatility of fibreglass as a material and the depth of expertise we have built around it.
We work principally with manufacturers, OEMs and product developers who need a technically capable and consistent supply partner. Our in-house facility covers the complete process: CAD design and drawing, pattern making, mould manufacture, production moulding and component assembly. Patterns are produced in our dedicated pattern shop using a combination of hand crafting, CNC routing and 3D printing, meaning we can work with customers from the earliest stages of a project. For established products we provide reliable long-term supply.
