The Original Kit for rework.

Before proceeding with a full size seat pattern and mould a scaled down 3D printed model was produced for customer approval. Once approved a full size 3D Printed Seat was manufactured.

The seat was then prepared for making a mould. Once the split mould was produced a GRP Seat was made and fitted to the motorcycle frame and readied for further work.
