The use of the Threaded Male Clamp Set has enabled the accurate location of the jig to position four Bighead fasteners in this example.
Another example of the use of some GRP Mould Clamps reversed on the Composite Mould Flange to secure bracket location jigs.
GRP Mould Clamp Blow Hole
This GRP Mould Clamp has been used as a reinforced Blow Hole to aid the release of the Fibreglass Moulding. From the underside an airline coupling and air hose has been attached as access to the underneath of the GRP Mould is restricted thus enabling an operator to remotely air assist the release of the Fibreglass Moulding.
